Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on citronella candles & oils, cooler bags (if used), and picnicware that has been opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your request using the template below
  2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and include the RMA number
  4. Ship the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your outdoor furniture, gazebo, or other item arrived damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
  • Please do not dispose of damaged items until instructed by our team

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different outdoor setting or shade solution? We’re happy to help:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
  • If the replacement item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian regions):

  • Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
  • Processing times may be longer for international returns
