Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Ideal for larger outdoor living purchases like complete patio sets or multiple items
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes, which are not included in the order total.
Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging
- Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required
- Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless item is damaged/defective
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Citronella candles & oils (opened or unopened)
- Used cooler bags
- Opened or used picnicware
How to Return an Item

Refund Processing
- Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
